We would like to invite you to discover our beautiful Astarac region, South of the Gers in Midi-Pyrénées. You will find enclosed useful information:

International TREC event : amateurs elites and pro-élites.
Way into the competition venue: Ager island
- Coming from Auch : at Masseube, turn on the left, direction to Bellegarde,
- At the exit of Masseube, cross the river and turn on the right, direction to Bezues
- Take the first way on the right.
POR : less than 30km
MA, then PTV on Ager island.
Autorisation to change the horse.
ENTRANCE:
80€ (Entrance fees on the venue : 95€) including:
- Fees,
- IGN card
- Lunch of Saturday
- Shower
- Hay for horses
ACCOMODATION:
Camping is possible but we are not sure about the weather, so:
- Single or double rooms : 10€/night/person (booking to the organiser - bring your sheets).
- Chalet-style house for 2 to 4 persons. (Example 90€ for 2 nights for 4 persons). Information and booking : www.lescledelles.com (bring your sheet).

CATERING:
- Riders: 50€, including:
o Friday and Saturday diners, Sunday lunch.
o Friday and Saturday breakfasts
- Accompanying person: 60€ (50€+ Saturday lunch)
- Details:
o Breakfast: 3€
o Friday diner, Sunday lunch: 15€
o Gascon meal on Saturday evening: 22€
o Saturday lunch: 12€
HORSES:
- Self made paddock
- Boxes: booking and payment 15 days before.

In order to facilitate the organisation, please book and pay boxes, meals and accommodation in advance (for Les Cledelles, said that you are coming for the TREC).
